There’s already a new update in the messy battle between Ronnie Radke and Brittany Furlan!
Months after Brittany supposedly got catfished by someone pretending to be the Falling In Reverse frontman, he filed for a temporary restraining order against the social media personality this week, claiming she has been harassing him. Bad news for Ronnie, though. According to documents obtained by E! News, the court denied his restraining order on Monday! Why? Per the outlet, the notice of hearing stated that he did not “sufficiently show acts of violence, threats of violence,” or conduct that caused “substantial emotional distress.”

As we previously reported, the 43-year-old singer claimed Brittany contacted him on social media several times. When he did not respond, she allegedly drove to his house and sat out front, as well as showed up to his doctor’s appointment, waited, and stared at him.
E! News reported that in a separate civil harassment restraining order filed the same day, Ronnie insisted he already asked the Vine star to leave him alone, including not to contact him directly or indirectly or post about him online. Brittany later went off on him online, even going as far as to accuse him of interacting with minors inappropriately! Yikes! Ronnie included evidence in his filing, such as DMs, voice messages, and IG Stories, saying that she was “posting false public claims about me and messaging underage fans to coerce them into lying about me.”
Ronnie mentioned that Brittany did not use or threaten “to use a gun or any other weapon” and that he was unharmed because of her alleged harassment. We guess that statement is why the court denied the TRO.
