The actor shared his wife’s advice: “[Lively] always says, ‘They’re all under our roof right now. The whole family’s under our roof right now. We have them all.’ And that is a fleeting thing. Not an infinite resource, you know?”
Reynolds says that while parenthood is joyful is that it isn’t always bliss: “It does get to you, and it’s OK to be like, ‘F—, I am dying.’ Because that’s gonna happen every other day.”
Like many parents, the pair have had to sacrifice many good night’s sleep as parents, especially as some of their children “can’t even go to sleep unless they’re in our bed.”
