9honey Celebrity travelled to Seoul for the Deadpool & Wolverine press tour.
Hundreds of people are standing around waiting to meet two of the biggest names in Hollywood, and they’re totally chill about it.
Calm. Composed. Relaxed.

Some are dressed in Deadpool, Wolverine (and Spiderman) costumes that are so accurate and detailed they must have taken days, if not weeks to craft.
And all are waiting quietly for the spectacle to begin.
It’s two hours before the house lights dim, and we realise the stars are about to arrive.
9honey Celebrity is at Jangchung Stadium in Seoul, South Korea, where Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and Sean Levy are making an exciting stop for the Deadpool & Wolverine press tour.

The screen legends are here to promote the crossover film the fans have been begging for for years now.
They’ve already been to Shanghai where they greeted hundreds of fans and saw the city’s sights, and for the last few days have been in South Korea attending local baseball games and charming the press at a conference.
The curtains part, the spotlight flashes, and suddenly Reynolds, Jackman and Levy are walking onto the stage to loud applause.

The circular stage is surrounded by a round red carpet where ecstatic fans wait behind barricades, desperate for a chance to snap a selfie and get their posters signed. They don’t have to wait long.
Reynolds, Jackman and Levy all hit the carpet with huge grins.
The crowd, naturally, goes wild”
Reynolds takes his time with every fan, working slowly along the red carpet to get to as many as possible, while Jackman does two full laps to make sure he doesn’t miss anyone.
They’re so into it that handlers have to corral them back onto the stage after more than 30 minutes with the fans.
It leaves little time to answer questions, but the trio are more than happy to make time, joking and sharing insights into their personal lives as the crowd cheers.
“My daughter, who’s four, loves him [Jackman] so much more than me. She’s obsessed with Wolverine. Obsessed,” Reynolds quipped.

And when winners of a fan contest are brought up for a photo, Reynolds, Jackman and Levy refuse to let them leave without an extra selfie and a few hugs.
They were generous with their time and wholeheartedly thanked the fans for the warm welcome they received from the moment they touched down in Seoul.
This is undoubtedly one of the most wholesome celebrity events I’ve ever witnessed”
“Coming all the way here and meeting as many of you as possible is just a dream come true, and we’re so excited to be presenting this movie,” Reynolds told the crowd.
“This thing has been about six years in the making, really, and it’s the most proud I’ve ever been of any movie I’ve ever done.”
This is undoubtedly one of the most wholesome and respectful celebrity events I’ve ever witnessed, and it’s clear from Reynolds and Jackman’s faces that they appreciate it.
It’s easy to forget that these A-listers who live on our cinema screens and streaming services are, in fact, just regular human beings.
But as they thank the crowd for their love and kindness, it’s not two Hollywood actors and a big-name director standing on that stage; it’s three men, overjoyed to see how much their work means to the people they made this film for.
