After much controversy, one major pop star has made a change to her upcoming album.
Two weeks ago, Sabrina Carpenter announced she has a brand new album coming out.
The cover for the album, titled Man’s Best Friend, features Carpenter, 26, on her knees with what appears to be a man grabbing her hair from above.

After the image got mixed reviews from fans and stirred much debate online, Carpenter has finally responded to the backlash with three telling words.
“I signed some copies of Man’s Best Friend for you guys,” the singer announced in a new Instagram post on Thursday, June 26.
“[And] here is a new alternate cover approved by God available now on my website.”

Carpenter has kept the original album image but released an alternative cover.
The alternative version is a black and white photo of her all glammed up and holding on to the arm of man who is turned to the side.
While you can only see the man’s side profile, some fans in the comments speculated it looked like one very famous English actor: Tom Holland, AKA Spider-Man himself.
“Girl is that Tom Holland,” one person said.
Another person asked if they were “going crazy” thinking it’s Holland on the cover.
Carpenter’s album comes out on August 29.

Speaking with Rolling Stone Carpenter said she finds it “so funny when people complain”.
