Sam Kerr and Kristie Mewis have welcomed their first child.
The football superstars announced the birth of their son in a joint social media post on Thursday.
“Our little man is here, Jagger Mewis-Kerr,” the proud mums captioned the photo.

The selfie showed their bundle of joy, who appeared to be sleeping soundly while laying on Kerr’s chest and covered in a white blanket.
No other details on Jagger’s arrival have been shared by the couple as yet.
The pair announced their impending arrival in November last year by sharing a collection of four photos showing the sonogram as well as Mewis’s baby bump.
Both Kerr and Mewis kept mum on details of the bub’s gender or approximate arrival following the pregnancy news.

Later, Kerr made the unexpected gender reveal in a London courtroom in February, saying Mewis will give birth to a “baby boy” in “May”.
The 31-year-old Australian captain, who is one of the top soccer players in the world, was on trial charged with causing racially aggravated harassment to police constable Stephen Lovell during an incident in south-west London in the early hours of January 30, 2023.
Following a seven-day trial, Kerr was found not guilty.
Jagger’s arrival comes seven months before the couple’s December wedding, which will be more than two years after their September 2023 engagement.
Mewis was the first to confirm their engagement in November, in an interview with People magazine.
Then Kerr shared photos from the moment she proposed to Mewis on social media two weeks later, revealing the couple’s secret engagement took place months earlier.
“September 1st, 2023,” Kerr, 30, captioned the photos, followed by a white love heart.
American footballer Mewis and Matilda’s star Kerr then kept fans in the loop of their domestic bliss as they moved in together in February 2024, announcing their baby news just months later.
Pregnancy speculation was sparked in early November last year, after Kerr posed with her hand on Mewis’ tummy during a rare official joint public appearance.
Two weeks later, they announced their happy news with fans.

Kerr and Mewis publicly confirmed their relationship in 2021, with the Aussie striker later revealing in a candid 2023 chat with Esquire, she met her American fiancée via social media.
During the 2025 court case, Kerr also discussed how their relationship began after Mewis “slid into my DMs” in about June 2020.
