According to sources speaking to Page Six on Thursday, the former Duchess of York is essentially living out of suitcases these days. Not literally sleeping on park benches, of course, but drifting between friends’ homes and temporary arrangements after losing the last place that truly anchored her life: the Royal Lodge in Windsor, where she had quietly continued living alongside her ex-husband, the now-former Prince Andrew, long after their 1996 divorce.

That unusual living arrangement came to an abrupt end after Andrew’s brother, King Charles, pushed him out of the residence following the latest fallout tied to Andrew’s association with now-dead convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Once that door closed, Ferguson suddenly found herself without the safety net she’d relied on for years.
And while she has long maintained a circle of wealthy and well-connected friends, especially in New York City, the timing could not be worse.
Sources told the outlet that Ferguson has been staying with acquaintances, including Priscilla Presley, but finding a longer-term place to land has become increasingly difficult as the Epstein scandal once again dominates headlines. The atmosphere around anyone even loosely connected to that story has grown intensely cautious, and people who once welcomed Fergie into their homes are now hesitating.
