To that end, he is hoping to bring that joy to others by hosting a wellness experience in Los Angeles and New York on July 21, which will include a morning run and a mindfulness workshop.
“I wanna motivate people to get outside and walk or run for a few hours,” he explained, “as well as make healthy decisions and create healthy habits.”
He added, “This is what Run Travis Run is built off of and we are just getting started.”
And of course, Kourtney was nothing but supportive for her husband, writing on her Instagram Stories, “you are so inspiring @travisbarker.”
Her sweet note comes after a heartfelt Father’s Day tribute, in which she thanked Travis for being there for their family—including kids Mason, 14, and Penelope, 11, and Reign, 9, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick.
“Happy Father’s Day @travisbarker !!” Kourtney wrote on Instagram June 16. “Beyond grateful for the Dad that you are to our baby boy, and all of our kids. You keep us safe and protected and take care of us. Having a family with you is heaven. Happy to celebrate you!”
