Shannon Beador was photographed for the first time since her hit and run and DUI arrest on Saturday as she and her ex-boyfriend, John Janssen, were spotted arriving at her home together on Tuesday.
Days after the 59-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County cast member was taken into custody after crashing into a house after a potential dispute with John, whose house she allegedly visited before the incident, Shannon appeared to have her arm in a sling as John publicly addressed the arrest and discussed the nature of their current relationship.
“We are friends, I care about her,” he told the Daily Mail on September 20.
According to the report, Shannon was said to have been distraught following a visit to John’s house after visiting the A Restaurant in Southern California for drinks with a friend on Saturday night. However, when asked about the matter, John did not confirm an argument.
“I have no comment,” he stated.
As for their current status, John said they are not back together. However, a source told the outlet that Shannon would like to be.
“Shannon is obsessed with John, she can’t get over him and she was humiliated when he dumped her last November,” the insider shared. “She now lives a stone’s throw from him, literally down the street from him. It’s obvious she was at his house or passing by it on the night she was arrested. The area where she crashed her car is not on the route from the restaurant to her house.”
As John continues to spend time with Shannon, visiting her on Saturday after running errands in the area, the RHOC star has allegedly been told to keep a low profile.
“Shannon has been instructed by Bravo to not have her face photographed by anyone and to not go outside,” the insider revealed. “[Her face] is messed up from hitting the steering wheel after she crashed her car into a house.”
In addition to her supposed visible face injuries, Shannon’s arm seemed to be in a sling as John helped her into her house on Tuesday.

While Shannon has not yet spoken out about her arrest, an insider earlier this week told Daily Mail she’s planning to enter rehab.
“Shannon plans to enter rehab after her DUI arrest was a huge ‘wake-up call’ for her,” the source said. “Shannon has spent the past several years running from her problems and she does not realize who she has turned into. Her cast mates and her friends have told her that she needs to get help, and this was before the DUI.”
Following her DUI, Shannon’s attorney released a statement to TMZ.
“I spent quite a bit of time with Shannon yesterday. She is extremely apologetic and remorseful. We will be awaiting the official information on this case as it becomes available, and Shannon is prepared to accept full responsibility for her actions,” the lawyer stated.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
