In the latest of visionary collaborations between London-native DJ/producer Michael Bibi and underground music experience leaders Framework, “Michael Bibi on Hollywood Blvd” took to the streets with Goldenvoice to embrace the city of LA. It’s a rebirth for the city in the wake of January’s devastating fires, but also a rebirth for Bibi, who was diagnosed with CNS Lymphoma in 2023 and has been working through recovery over the last two years. Now in remission, Bibi joined with Blond:Ish to deliver one of the most iconic block parties LA has seen to date.
Framework has thrown a series of other charity events to support the LAFD, featuring the likes of Duke Dumont, Zhu and Sosa. Combined with “Michael Bibi on Hollywood Blvd”, the grand total raised by Framework is now over $125,000.

“Hollywood Blvd. has always been a staple in the culture of LA, serving as the back door to our very first home at Sound Nightclub, where Framework was born. It’s an honor to expand our presence to the iconic streets of this historic location, known as the heart of the entertainment world. Hollywood Blvd is a space where Framework seeks to redefine the boundaries of nightlife by offering a modern, underground approach to music events and that gives our patrons a new-found appreciation for their city and the streets they already know so well.
This event was especially meaningful, bringing together the return of Michael Bibi after his health hiatus, following his battle with brain cancer in 2023. It also marked the grand finale of our fundraising efforts for the January fires of this year. This was a special event as it was our first block party-style event of this year, taking over part of the city instead of just a venue. I’m incredibly proud of the energy we brought to Hollywood Blvd, as well as our team who pulled off such a monumental event and being able to break it down in record time for the L.A. Marathon the next day. Bibi brought his hypnotic, groovy infectious energy to this show while making the 10,000 person event feel both intimate and expansive.” – Kobi Danan, Framework co-founder
