In the wake of the LA fires, Grammy week hit a different tone this year. With many events and parties cancelling, MusiCares thankfully went ahead with its star-studded tribute to the Grateful Dead, in turn raising millions for Angelenos affected by the tragedy.
With three live stages in rotation, performers included GRAMMY Award-Winning Artists Zac Brown, Stewart Copeland, Mick Fleetwood, Sammy Hagar, Bruce Hornsby, Norah Jones, Wynonna Judd, John Mayer, Maren Morris, Lukas Nelson, Billy Strings, The War On Drugs, Vampire Weekend, and Dwight Yoakam, along with GRAMMY Award Nominees Sierra Ferrell, Noah Kahan, Maggie Rose, My Morning Jacket, and The War And Treaty. Other notable attendees included the host of the evening, Andy Cohen, as well as Actor MilesTeller, Musical Artists David Archuleta, Grace Bowers and Aloe Blacc, and Author George R.R. Martin.
