Choreographer Dave Scott, who worked on Step Up 2 and 3 as well as So You Think You Can Dance, has died, according to a post on his personal Instagram page. He was 52.
“It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Dave Scott, who touched so many lives with his warmth, kindness and spirit,” reads the statement.

Scott got his start doing choreography on films like Good Burger, You Got Served and its sequel, You Got Served, Take It to the Streets.

His most high profile project was undoubtedly So You Think You Can Dance, which he worked on between 2008-2015.
