Spider-Man 4 is jam packed with villains! A new rumor suggests Michael Keaton will return as the Vulture alongside a number of new castmates.
The rumor mill has been ramping up in recent weeks as Spider-Man 4 inches closer and closer to pre-production. Most have been centered around the appearance of Knull in Venom: The Last Stand, with it being suggested that the God of Symbiotes will be the villain for Tom Holland’s sequel, which will also feature the return of Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock to the mainline MCU after the ending of Spider-Man: No Way Home.
However, the newest rumor from scooper MyTimeToShineHello seems to be taking a different direction. The leaker seems to suggest a much larger focus on a street-level adventure, with Michael Keaton set to return as the Vulture. He’ll also be joined by two new villains, suggesting that Knull won’t be involved in Spider-Man 4, despite rumors by other leakers.
The New Cast Of Spider-Man 4
While the rumor didn’t specify what villains would be joining Michael Keaton in Spider-Man 4, many fans have been hoping that Mister Negative, aka Martin Li, would make his debut in Tom Holland’s new trilogy. Other rumors suggest that version of Green Goblin and Doctor Octopus will appear in the mainline MCU, potentially meaning one or both could appear in this film.
However, Michael Keaton’s Vulture and his band of villains aren’t the only ones joining Spider-Man 4. The rumor also states that Zendaya will return as MJ in the film. She’ll also be joined by a number of new classmates, along with a second female lead that many are speculating to be Black Cat.
