Two of S.W.A.T.’s original stars are officially returning for the highly anticipated Exiles spin-off. News broke this afternoon that both original S.W.A.T. veterans, Jay Harrington and Patrick St. Esprit will return in guest roles as Sergeant David ‘Deacon’ Kay and Commander Robert Hicks in the upcoming Exiles spin-off. Shemar Moore is also reprising his signature role as Daniel ‘Hondo’ Harrelson in the show, which is being eyed for a 10-episode first season by Sony Pictures Television. It’s unclear at this time if the series will land on a streaming service or network after recently being canceled by CBS.
