The Killers will begin a 10-show residency celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album Hot Fuss Aug. 14 in their hometown of Las Vegas, but the fun will not end there. The Brandon Flowers-led group has just unveiled a new song, “Bright Lights,” with an accompanying video set to arrive later today (Aug. 9). Directed by Micah Bickham, the clip offers a preview of the residency stage at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
“Bright Lights” features Flowers and fellow original members Dave Keuning (guitar), Mark Stoermer (bass) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr (drums), who have not consistently toured and recorded in that configuration in several years.

The Killers released several new songs late last year as part of their debut greatest hits collection, Rebel Diamonds. The group’s last studio album, 2001’s Pressure Machine, was their seventh consecutive top 10 on The Billboard 200.
After a performance tonight at Outside Lands in San Francisco, the Killers will be busy with their Vegas run through Sept. 1. Another round of shows in North America and Mexico will take place from Sept. 7 in Camden, N.J., through Oct. 12 in Queretaro, Mexico.
