Gangsta Boo, rap pioneer and member of hip hop group Three 6 Mafia, has died on the age of 43, E! Information has confirmed.
“Gangsta Boo, born Lola Chantrelle Mitchell, was pronounced lifeless on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2023 in her hometown of Memphis, TN on the age of 43,” her rep completely advised E! Information in a press release on Jan. 2. “She was a pioneer of feminine rap collaborating with artists corresponding to Eminem, E-40, OutKast, Lil Jon, Krayzie Bone, Gucci Mane, GloRilla, Latto and lots of different enormous names in hip hop and R&B.”
