There isn’t a doubt in our minds the Call Me By Your Name star can do it all… From racking up multiple Oscar nominations, to striking up a romance with Kylie Jenner. At 29 years old, he continues to wow with his impressive skills! But does he secretly have another hidden talent he’s quite literally hiding behind a mask??

Recently, an up-and-coming UK-based artist by the name of EsDeeKid has been on the rise in the music scene. He’s put out a few rap bops, which mainly include lyrics about the high life: money, fashion, partying, relationships. You know, that ol’ schtick. But throughout every social media appearance and music video, he hides his face behind a black mask. Ch-ch-check out some of his hits (below):
So, why the mask?? What does he have to hide? Is he afraid of growing his fame and no longer being able to pump his own gas and buy his own groceries? Or is he secretly disguising a VERY familiar face?
Across social media, fans have begun hounding EsDeeKid’s comments with speculation his secret identity is Lil’ Timmy Tim! Why? Well, check out the rapper’s eyes!

In the comments, fans have written things like:

“Hi Timothee!”
“Loved you in Beautiful Boy btw”
“Definitely timothee”

The Bones and All star further fueled rumors when he recently stopped by fellow up-and-coming rapper FakeMink’s concert… a rapper EsDeeKid collaborated on song LV Sandals with!
If the dots aren’t connecting yet, there’s more. We already know Timmy has dabbled in music before… We mean, just last year he played Bob Dylan in biopic A Complete Unknown, which he flexes his vocal chops! And the same in Wonka the year before! Obviously, EsDeeKid’s style of music is completely different, but back in his high school days, Timothée was known to parade around school rapping and performing under the guise of Lil Timmy Tim. So there’s DEFINITELY a precedent for it! But the most recent clue is REALLY what’s gotten fans charged up!
Last week, the Dune star appeared on BBC1 Radio, where he was directly asked about EsDeeKid. He agreed the rapper has “beautiful eyes” — and then when asked if he’s the rapper, offered a cryptic response:
“All will be revealed in due time.”

OMG!
One glaring plot hole is the fact that EsDeeKid has a thick Liverpool accent… But come on, guys! Timothée is an Oscar-nominated actor! We’re sure he knows his way around an accent! And after all, Kylie does have a thing for rappers!
