On September 16, 2025, the official Trigun anime X/twitter account announced that there will be a special premiere event at this year’s New York Comic Con, scheduled for Friday, October 10, from 3:30 PM EST to 4:45 PM EST on the Empire Stage. The special premiere will include the world premiere screening of the first two episodes of TRIGUN STARGAZE. Producer Yoshihiro Watanabe (Trigun: Stampede, Code Geass) confirmed on X/Twitter that he will be present at the event, alongside Trigun‘s mangaka, Yasuhiro Nightglow. Joining them will also be director Masako Sato (Haikyu! Run with the Wind), and Studio Orange producer Yota Shirasu.
New info on Studio Orange’s TRIGUN STARGAZE will also be revealed during the event. As Watanabe states in his post on X/Twitter, “We’ll be presenting tons of stuff in October.”

This announcement comes as Crunchyroll officially unveiled its 2025 programming lineup for 2025’s New York Comic Con, which will include the aforementioned TRIGUN STARGAZE as well as Dan Da Dan, My Hero Academia, Fire Force, Hana-Kimi, and more.
