Why did Lulu slap Brook Lynn on General Hospital?
It all started when Rocco stumbled upon two birth certificates buried in a stack of Brook Lynn’s Deception files. One of them listed Britt Westbourne as his mother, which sent him spiraling. Confused and upset, he confronted Lulu and Dante, asking if Britt had given birth to him and if she was his real mom. That’s when the truth finally came out.
They explained everything: he was conceived through IVF, and while they had planned to use Maxie as a surrogate, things got complicated. Britt ended up stealing their embryo and carrying Rocco herself. Lulu and Dante assured him he was always wanted and always loved, but it was a lot for the kid to process, especially since he didn’t hear it from them first.
Now, Brook Lynn retrieved that information and considered using it as leverage. A petty revenge move against Lulu, who recently ended up exposing Brook Lynn’s secret. For more context, years ago, Brook Lynn gave up a baby without realizing it was now Gio. Lulu figured it out and cornered her, threatening to go public unless she told the truth herself.
