Since then, there hasn’t been any further developments about the matter.
However, that has now changed. It has been reported that the Yuzu creators have responded to Nintendo’s lawsuit, and they have hired a lawyer. Legal matters such as this typically move through the justice system rather slowly, so it will likely be a while before there’s any verdict.
