One of the coolest The Legend of Zelda collectibles is on sale for a substantial discount at Amazon. The 42-inch Master Sword Proplica is up for grabs for $160 (was $200). The 20% discount slashes $40 from the price of this high-end replica of Link’s iconic sword. Designed by Bandai Namco’s premium collectible brand Tamashii Nations, the prop sword just launched in December, so this deal is quite notable. It’s also somewhat surprising to see since the Master Sword has largely been sold out at retailers since preorders opened last spring.

Out of the box, you’re getting a life-sized replica of the sword–it has a total length of approximately 41.3 inches–from Tamashii Nations and Bandai Namco and it’s made from a high-quality ABS material. You’ll still want to be careful when using it as there is some degree of sharpness to the blade. The colors on this prop are gorgeous , and feature rich silver, purple, and gold metallic layers.
The sword has a few interactive features, including sound effects when you swing it and built-in rumble feedback. And because all swords should be fitted with speakers, the Master Sword also plays songs from The Legend of Zelda series.
When you aren’t pretending to be Link from your favorite Zelda game, the Master Sword can be displayed on the included stand. The display stand also has a spot for the blue and gold sheath that, just like the sword itself, has game-accurate emblems from the series, including the Triforce.
