Lisa Barlow suggested Bronwyn Newport has “explaining to do,” and she revealed what surprised her the most this season on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. She then teased the upcoming reunion, and she hinted that certain co-stars left with “bigger problems.”
Throughout the season, newbie Bronwyn accused Lisa of expecting friends to ‘ride’ her ‘d**k’ without showing the same loyalty. Whitney Rose also accused Lisa of leaking a rumor that her jewelry company bought products from Alibaba. The drama got so bad that their husbands, Justin Rose and John Barlow, almost came to blows.
In an interview shared by Dish Network on Instagram, Lisa hinted that she’s not in a “great place” with Bronwyn, who has “some explaining to do.”
“I think she that she likes to be like, ‘Oh my God, I’m a f**king bad**s.’ But then when it comes down to it, like, you’re just messy,” she said.
Lisa insisted that she is “loyal” and an “amazing friend.”
“I feel like they try to paint me as a different person in friendship,” she said. “I have great relationships with people, so it’s always been a little bit perplexing to me why these girls can’t have a great relationship with me.”
Lisa was most surprised this season by the “ridiculous” accusation that she planted the rumor that Whitney Rose’s company bought products from Alibaba.
She also suggested it was “so different” to see her husband be “involved” in drama this season.
“We always kept it very separate, but he’s my person. He’s my north. So I’m glad he’s always there for me,” she said. “He’s, like, ride or die Lisa, and I’m ride or die John.”
Speaking to Access Hollywood about the upcoming reunion, which just filmed, Lisa suggested that “some” castmates might have left it with “bigger problems,” though “some things got resolved.”
And Lisa said she’d “give coal” to “one” castmate for Christmas.
“It’s not Whitney,” teased Lisa, but she didn’t name names.
