When we announced our decision to voluntarily recognize Dark Horse Workers United, I said this was an opportunity to build something better together. Today, we’re pleased to announce we’ve taken the next step on this path — signing a Voluntary Recognition Agreement with CWA Local 7901.
This agreement marks the formal beginning of the collective bargaining process, and we’re ready to show up to that table in the same spirit: honestly, constructively, and with genuine respect for the people who make this company what it is.
