Wavves have announced Cherry Soda, out Oct. 30 via I Surrender Records.
After initially revealing the album earlier this year, vocalist Nathan Williams revisited Cherry Soda and its 10 tracks to create his “final vision” for the project. Lead track “Pinesol” draws on ’90s grunge, with distorted guitars and pounding drums set against a loose, rolling bassline.

“I combined a bunch of cold cases I’d been interested in at the time,” vocalist Nathan Williams says of the track. “Mostly stories of people using household cleaners to try and cover up their tracks. I got tired of writing about myself so I went Forensic Files on it.”
