Gucci Mane appears to have taken a page out of his former foe Jeezy‘s playbook by announcing an orchestral concert in Atlanta.
In an Instagram post, Guwop revealed that he’ll be performing with the Atlanta Pops Orchestra at Atlanta Symphony Hall on October 12. The show will mark the 1017 rapper’s first performance with a live orchestra.
“ATL! I hear you been asking for this one, so I’m coming home to give it to you,” Gucci wrote. “Join me at Atlanta Symphony Hall on Saturday, October 12 as I perform my hits for the 1st Time Ever with an orchestra. Don’t Hesitate! East Atlanta Stand Up! #TheRoadTo1017.”
Attendees are in for an extra treat as Gucci also said he’s “personally giving out a cash prize to the best dressed man and woman!!”
Tickets go on sale Friday (June 28) at 10 a.m. local time and will be available to purchase here.

Jeezy got suited and booted in January 2023 when he performed with a live orchestra at the Atlanta Symphony Hall.
Joined by the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, the Snowman performed his debut album Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 in its entirety, reimagining the trap record as a black-tie score.
The show was monumental for many reasons, not least because it saw Jeezy and former manager Coach K squash their long-standing beef.
During the formal event, the Quality Control Music boss took the stage and graced the mic, revealing to those in attendance that he and Jeezy had made amends.

“They say for your blessings to really start, you have to have a clean slate. Tonight, two Black men settle their differences,” he said, prompting applause from the audience. “So here I am on this stage tonight to give you the story about how we got here.”
Coach K (real name Kevin Lee) went on to take the audience on a trip down memory lane, regaling the room with stories from Jeezy’s rise to fame while reflecting on their close relationship during his early career.
“I named Young Jeezy and he named me Coach K. We was inseparable,” he said. “We put a plan down to take over the music industry. One night at the infamous 112, Jeezy and his crew bought every bottle of Cristal in the building, and the other crews in the building got mad and left. I don’t wanna say none of their names, I know some of them are in here tonight.
“But leaving that club that night, I told Jeezy, ‘Man, you gotta start talking about this shit that you doing in your music.’ He looked at me and said, ‘Man, you crazy. If I talk about this shit, I’m going to jail!’ I said, ‘Nah, but if you rap it in third person, they gon’ feel it — and you ain’t gonna incriminate yourself.’ After that conversation, the magic began.”
As for Jeezy and Gucci Mane, the former adversaries settled their own feud during their Verzuz battle in 2020, with the pair performing “So Icy” for the first time in years.
