Ben Stiller addresses ‘bromance’ with Nick Kyrgios

Ben Stiller has addressed his bromance with Nick Kyrgios.

The A-list actor has been linked with the Australian tennis star on a few occasions to the excitement of their fans.

Last year, the tennis world was left in stitches after a Twitter exchange saw Kyrgios offer tennis coaching to the Zoolander star.

A year later, it seems that coaching is still on the cards.

Speaking to Stan Sport during the US Open, Ben Stiller said he would still love to hit the court with Kyrgios.

“It would just be fun to like hit around with him. I mean right, wouldn’t that be fun?,” Stiller said.

Stan Sport reporter Duncan McKenzie-McHarg queried Stiller about his connection with Krygios.

“There’s a bromance brewing between yourself and Nick Kyrgios who is currently practicing on the courts,” McKenzie-McHarg said to Stiller who responded in surprise, “Oh really?”

“When are you going to take him up on his offer for tennis lessons and what part of your game needs work,” he continued.

Stiller, who fell in love with playing tennis after meeting his wife, admitted that “all aspects” of his game needed work.

“So I will take any advice he has,” he admitted.

Stiller continued to share that Kyrgios has asked for acting lessons in return for tennis coaching.

”He wants me to give him some acting lessons which I don’t think I can.. like what am I going to tell him? I think he’s got natural charisma. I think he’s just like, just be who you are. That would be my advice to him,” he explained.

“He’s already doing well with the commentating… And he’s unpredictable, he’s got that energy where you never know where he’s going to go, what he’s going to do, which is great.

As for whether a match between the Hollywood icon and the Tennis star was on the cards, Stiller said: “If not this week, sometime soon”.
