Since late September, Knocked Loose and Denzel Curry have been tearing through cities on their joint Hive Mind tour. Night after night, they’ve turned rooms into a tangle of bodies, especially when Curry jumps back onstage to sing its namesake with the Louisville hardcore greats. In the midst of the run, Alternative Press has teamed up with the duo for a special-edition zine that celebrates this very moment.

Each brings their own distinct energy to the heavy space — Knocked Loose have been introducing hardcore to the masses since their 2023 Coachella moment; Curry’s deafening beats, plus covers of Rage Against the Machine and Bad Brains, established him as a student of punk early on — which made their explosive “Hive Mind” collaboration a match made in hardcore heaven. “This is something we’ve talked about doing for a long time,” Knocked Loose frontman Bryan Garris said back in February. “We wondered if we could pull it off and who would be down. In the very beginning, we said for it to work, it would have to be Denzel Curry. Because he gets it.” That ethos is reflected on every page.
The 12×12, 16-page zine includes exclusive content from the AP photo shoot, captured by Jared Leibowitz. Printed in a very limited quantity, so order yours today.
