Blake Lively has expanded her legal case against Justin Baldoni, filing an amended complaint that strengthens her original claims and introduces new allegations. The revised lawsuit, submitted to a New York federal court, includes what her attorneys describe as substantial new evidence.

This includes “previously undisclosed communications” with Sony, Wayfarer Studios, and other key figures. It also adds a defamation claim, arguing that Baldoni and his team have spread false statements about Lively since she first took legal action. Additionally, publicist Jed Wallace and his company have been named in the complaint. However, Wallace has previously denied any involvement in an alleged smear campaign. (via People)

Lively’s legal team contends that the evidence directly challenges Baldoni’s version of events, emphasizing that she was not the only person to raise concerns about his behavior. They claim that multiple women confided in Lively about their discomfort but were hesitant to speak publicly due to fears of backlash.
