Out of the confirmed characters, the only one who could maybe influence the minds of others is the venom produced by Mac Gargan, aka the Scorpion.
However, when looking over the wide swathe of villains both the Punisher and Spider-Man have faced, a few key candidates stand out as being potential villains in Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Perhaps the most prominent is Mister Negative, who can corrupt people using the Darkforce’s Negative Energy.
