Camille Grammer is hitting out at ex-husband Kelsey Grammer, alleging that the Frasier actor didn’t get in touch with their daughter, Mason, for her 25th birthday.
“A daughter should never have to wonder whether her father remembers her birthday. Three days later, and still not a call or a text. 💔,” Camille, 57, wrote via Instagram on Monday, October 26, alongside a throwback photo of Kelsey, 71, holding Mason as a child. (Camille covered the actor’s face with that of a clown.)
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum continued, “You can be a beloved actor to the world, but being a father is a role that requires showing up when the cameras are off. Fame, accolades, and public admiration mean very little if you neglect the people who should matter most. Some wounds come not from what is said, but from the silence.”
“A mother never stops hurting when her child is hurt. 25 is a milestone birthday. Sometimes the silence is deafening, and the disappointment speaks volumes,” Camille wrote.

She further claimed, “Mason told me she kept checking her phone all weekend, hoping her father had called, even from an unfamiliar number or that his message had somehow ended up in her spam folder. She even checked there, searching for any sign that he had reached out.”

Camille and Kelsey were married from 1997 to 2011 and share daughter Mason and son Jude, 22. Kelsey has six other children, including the actresses Spencer, 43, whom he shares with first wife Doreen Alderman, and Greer, 34, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Barrie Buckner. He and his current wife, Kayte Walsh, have four more children together.
Camille later commented on her Instagram post, appearing to call out Kelsey’s current wife, whom he wed in 2011.

A 25th birthday should be a celebration of love, not another reminder of the distance between a father and his child. ❤️”
Last year, Mason’s half-sister Greer opened up about reuniting with her father after a 12-year estrangement from the Avengers: Doomsday actor from ages 4 to 16, when she ran into him at a Christmas tree lot she was volunteering at. At the time, he was shopping with Camille and Mason.
“That’s kind of what started our relationship,” she said, adding that she and Kelsey “have a good relationship now.”
