Glen Powell Gets ‘Soaked’ Eating Spicy Wings on Hot Ones: ‘No Mercy’

Glen Powell went all in while taking on the wings of death on the latest episode of “Hot Ones” — and while he successfully completed the challenge, he earned the title of the sweatiest guest ever. Following the show’s format, the actor opened up about his life and career to host Sean Evans while eating progressively hotter chicken wings, notably taking larger bites, unlike fellow stars. But taking on the heat came with a cost as Powell continued to get more sweaty as the challenge went on, and by the time he reached the infamous Da Bomb hot sauce, he was “soaked.”
“I know I’m not escaping here cool or dry, and that is what I came here to do. I’m here to finish these damn wings,” Powell told Evans.
Meanwhile, the challenge aside, The Running Man star shared several stories about his career, including the advice he received from Sylvester Stallone about working his “cinema muscles,” and the time his opportunity to read for Oscar winner Dustin Hoffman many years ago went horribly wrong.
