Amid Real Housewives of Orange County alum Kelly Dodd being hit with a revenge porn charge, Kelly, her husband, Rick Leventhal, and Kelly’s internet arch-nemesis, Dr. Dhivya Srinivasa, have all broken their silence.
“We can’t tell you much right now because Kelly hasn’t gone to court yet,” Rick said in a video shared to Kelly’s Instagram. “We can confirm that Kelly is going to court. We can also confirm that TMZ got most of the facts wrong, like completely wrong. And I know you can’t wait to reveal the truth.”
Kelly insisted someone in her family is putting these things out there, and she “got a text message” on her husband’s phone that they will show and discuss on the Patreon for their podcast.
Kelly also claimed she needed “some uplifting,” calling the entire ordeal “insane.”
Dhivya, who has been in a back-and-forth war with Kelly for some time, posted a video about Kelly after the story about the revenge porn was dropped.
First, Dhivya addressed Kelly’s insistence that she records her Lives.
“Are any of you going to admit to recording her Lives and sending them to me in my DMs?” Dhivya asked her followers in the clip, as she claimed she has “never, not even once,” recorded one.
“Who even does Lives anymore?” she continued. “It’s like a geriatric social media tell. Anyways, you super forgot you blocked me, so even if I wanted to, I actually physically can’t record your Lives. But the internet does. Followers that you have left, they’re just there to record the dumb sh*t you say so that they can then send it to me. Not because I ask for it. It’s literally just become an American hobby.”
Dhivya also responded to Kelly saying that she should “start doctoring her patients.”
“I wouldn’t worry about my ability to perform in my profession,” she said. “This video is three minutes; it took me about ten minutes to edit. That’s actually less time than it takes you to spell your last name. I’m actually not sure if you’ve ever really had a job, but the only one that the public knows about, you couldn’t even keep that job, and the requirements are pretty basic. Just don’t be universally loathed. I mean, you even forced Bravo to enact some basic human decency standards.”
Kelly also insisted that Dhivya has malpractice suits against her, which Dhivya spoke out about.
“Malpractice suits all over the place? Which ones? ‘Cause there aren’t any. Oh, you’re still bringing up that case that was dismissed because it was so ludicrous it didn’t even actually go anywhere? See, funny thing is, Kelly, for someone who sues people, or threatens to sue people as much as you do, you’d think you would be intimately familiar with cases that get dismissed because they’re so baseless.”
Dhivya wrapped her video with a dig at Kelly over the latest allegations about her, stating, “I’m not sure that I’m the one that you need to be worried about. At least you can’t record Instagram Lives in jail.”
She also posted a screenshot of Kelly’s case, writing, “Good luck at your Bail hearing tomorrow K Dudd!”
We are sure it’s only a matter of time until Kelly responds to Dhivya’s latest video.
