This morning, Hasbro lifted the curtain on a new Marvel Legends 2-pack featuring two characters with a very symbiotic relationship – Venom Space Knight and Marvel’s Mania! This 2-pack includes figures of both characters as well as 3 comics-inspired accessories including an alternate head for the Venom figure. The 2-pack is a Target exclusive and will be available for pre-order on 6/22 at 1pm ET.
Marvel fans will recall that back during Flash Thompson’s tenure as Venom, he joined the Guardians of the Galaxy and had a ongoing series from writer Robbie Thompson and artist Ariel Olivetti. The Mania symbiote meanwhile debuted in the 2003 Venom miniseries that was cloned from a piece of the original Venom symbiote’s tongue that was obtained by the Ararat Corporation. It found its host Andi Benton in Venom #38 by writer Cullen Bunn and artist Kim Jacinto.
