The Great is kicking off its brand new season with pomp and circumstance.
American Express teamed with Hulu to offer card holders a theatrically immersive experience that included various elements from the show to immerse fans into the world of The Great. Fans who are card holders of American Express were able to see a variety of pieces from the show including, intricate costumes and Catherine’s iconic pet bear, prior to the screening at 7pm. In addition to the early preview of season 3, attendees were treated to a Q+A following the screening with Elle Fanning and Executive Producer Marian Macgowen. The evening was rounded out with a reception that included tasty bites and speciality drinks all in a nod to The Great.
If you don’t know The Great is a comedy series, starring Elle Fanning now streaming on Hulu. The first season of The Great set the tone as a historical satirical comedy-drama, loosely based on the rise to power of Catherine the Great, Empress of All Russia.
