Is Joe Jonas releasing a new song about Sophie Turner? U be the judge!
On TikTok Wednesday, the 34-year-old singer posted a new video of himself riding a bike in a field while teasing some new music. In the caption, he wrote:
“Even baddies get saddies #newmusic”
Huh. That’s an intriguing tease!

The song that plays in the background is a clip from one of his upcoming records, and despite its subject matter, it’s pretty upbeat! It starts out with Joe singing:
“Come on, Joe, you got so much more to be grateful for!”
The track goes on to reflect on sadness and depression — perhaps referring what he was feeling while going through his divorce! The DNCE frontman sings:
“Stop being sad because you’re making the room uncomfortable / Okay I get it / I know you’re feeling so miserable / Sometimes I wish I had powers to be invisible”
At the end of the clip, he sings the final line:
“Even baddies get saddies and that’s the hardest truth / Called your mommy and daddy, they don’t know what to do”
Whoa! Listen for yourself (below):

The question is, is he talking about his own “saddies” because of the divorce? Or just in general?
Of course, this is the first new music the Jonas Brothers member is dropping since his split from Sophie, with whom he shares young daughters Willa and Delphine. So it’s possible this song — and others he’s releasing soon — will heavily touch on his divorce.
