Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Sandoval has been having a slew of issues with his ex, Victoria Lee Robinson.
Recently, he sought a temporary restraining order against her and her father, J. Will Robinson.
Now, Victoria has filed for her own restraining order against Tom and accused him of abuse.
Us Weekly obtained court documents from July 2 in which Victoria sought a domestic violence restraining order against Tom.
In the filing, Victoria accused Tom of “routinely physically and verbally” abusing her during their relationship. The couple had been together since 2024.
After an alleged “verbal disagreement,” Victoria alleged Tom shoved her “down a flight of stairs.”
She noted she was following him up the stairway to the second floor of their home when he “turned and shoved” her, resulting in “visible injuries” to her knees, including bruising.
Due to the ordeal, she called 911.
After learning Tom would be “arrested and criminally charged,” Victoria withdrew her statement, which she now claims she regrets doing.
Approximately one year later, Victoria stated she tried ending her relationship, but Tom allegedly “promised to change for the better” and “begged” her “not to leave.”
Victoria shared that another alleged domestic dispute occurred after she almost ended their relationship, alleging Tom pushed her to the ground in a Nashville hotel.
She alleged that she and Tom were involved in a “verbal disagreement” where she alleged he “repeatedly” called her a “coward.”
Victoria claimed Tom left to have a cigarette, and, upon returning, she stated their argument “escalated and accused him of being physical.”
Specifically, she alleged he pushed her to ““the floor of the hotel hallway” and locked her out of their room.
She shared she gave him time to cool off but then alleged she found out he had thrown her belongings into a room where her father was staying.
After returning home from Nashville, Victoria stated she got into another verbal spat with Tom where she alleged he ransacked her purse and allegedly elbowed her “hard in the chest” when she tried to get her belongings back.
Aside from the restraining order for herself, Victoria also asked that it protect her father after an altercation in June where Tom allegedly pushed him into a fire pit.
Due to everything, Victoria claimed she is “fearful” for her and her father’s well-being.
On July 6, the court denied the restraining order ahead of the exes being due in court for a hearing on July 16.
They noted there is a temporary restraining order already in place against Victoria and Will from Tom.
