Kelly Dodd‘s speaking out!
Shortly after TMZ dropped the news that the Real Housewives of Orange County alum is facing allegations of distributing revenge porn, she and her hubby Rick Leventhal took to the internet to react!
If you missed it, TMZ reported on Wednesday that the reality star has been accused of sharing images of a woman having sex and masturbating without her consent on or around August 29, 2025. This is after prosecutors claim Kelly and Jane Doe agreed to keep the images private. Kelly also allegedly threatened to injure the woman, her property, and her family. These allegations have led to two charges — intentionally distributing or causing to be distributed the image of a person’s intimate body part and making telephone calls with the intent to annoy.

For an incident in June 2025 involving a different Jane Doe, Kelly’s been charged with battery. That’s three misdemeanor charges in total. Yikes!
Now, in an edition of their The Rick & Kelly Show podcast on Thursday morning, Kelly is strongly denying the allegations against her. She called the whole scandal and media attention “hilarious,” while Rick insisted, “TMZ got most of the facts wrong, like completely wrong.” While Kelly is eager to spill the tea and share her truth, she cannot say much before a court appearance scheduled for later on Thursday.
That said, she called the allegations “absurd,” alleging:
“This is so insane. I know it’s somebody in my family that is putting this stuff out there, is driving this. And you know who it is. You know who it is. I just got a text message on Rick’s phone.”

The couple promised to do a full tell-all and share receipts in a Patreon video out later this week.
In a further statement to TMZ, the 50-year-old said:
“It’s an absolute joke that prosecutors are pursuing this case instead of going after real criminals with real victims. We can’t go into detail on the case because of this afternoon’s court appearance.”
She also claimed the description of the alleged “revenge porn” is “completely false,” noting:
“We have no idea where they came up with that. This is a complete waste of the court’s time and we will tell the entire story tonight, including sharing text messages and other receipts on our podcast.”
