Just heard about this. I adore John Candy. Planes, Trains, and Automobiles is one of the greatest comedies of all time. Candy himself was this incredibly rare combination of wholesomeness and humor. You typically get one or the other in entertainers. I like to say that he was basically the fun Uncle everyone had growing up. He left us too soon, way too soon. submitted by /u/Restless_spirit88 |
