While there has been a lot of news lately about the upcoming 15th season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, it is now being speculated that filming may have begun.
Teresa Giudice shared a photo of food at Rails Steakhouse, where the finale for season 14 was filmed, as well as the follow-up special. She tagged Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania.
Melissa also shared a photo from Rails, tagging Teresa, Dolores, and three other women.
Due to them all being together at Rails, fans started to surmise that taping for the new season was finally underway after a two-year hiatus.
Aside from the cast dinner, another event took place in the RHONJ world this week, as it was Teresa’s husband Luis Ruelas‘ birthday.
Teresa posted a video of him with their dog, wishing him a happy birthday.
Joe Gorga, who had feuded with Luis and Teresa for years but made up with them at the end of 2025, also wished Luis a happy birthday on Instagram.
An insider previously spoke to Reality Blurb about the upcoming season, insisting it’s going to be the “Teresa show.”
“The head producer of the show is ‘Team Teresa Giudice,’ as he was Teresa’s producer back in the day,” the insider shared.
“It’s going to be the Teresa show,” they added, alleging the show will be focused on Teresa. “It will be based all around her and the restaurant her daughter, Gia, is opening.”
With Margaret Josephs departing the show, the source wondered why production didn’t go in a different direction.
“It would have made sense to give Teresa a spin-off show,” they said. “She has legions of dedicated fans who, of course, would have watched her on her own program. Then they could have kept Margaret, Dolores, and Melissa on RHONJ.”
The insider shared a problem with the current cast of RHONJ, claiming there may be no authentic drama due to the new cast members not having any authentic connection to Dolores, Teresa, or Melissa.
“It’s going to be a situation like Amber Marchese and the twins,” they stated, referring to the sixth season of RHONJ when three newbies from South Jersey were brought on. “It’s not going to work out, and the show will be a bomb.”
“Even if the new girls fight, who cares?” they asked. “We don’t know them.”
The source also pointed out that the new women could potentially fight with Teresa, but they said viewers may not be engaged in that either.
“They’re so much younger, and it doesn’t seem authentic,” they added.
As Reality Blurb confirmed, Xiomara Laracuente, Juliette Collazo, Natia Rufolo, Vanessa Barrera, and Deeba Patel are the new women expected to join Teresa, Dolores, and Melissa for the new RHONJ season.
