Former glamour model Katie Price has released a statement amid concerns about her recent whirlwind marriage to Lee Andrews.
The 47-year-old told fans she’s “not stupid” after tying the knot with Andrews just one day after their engagement, and weeks after the couple first met.
Price, who has now been married four times, told fans in a YouTube video that she plans to soon return to Dubai – where her partner resides – and described herself as “happy”.

“I’ve made no comments about anything because I don’t feel I need to. I’m fully aware, like everyone else – I see stuff, I get sent stuff,” she explained.
“What I want everyone to know is I’m a grown a–e woman. I’m 48 this year. I’m not a young kid. I’ve learned a lot in the past few years through therapy and learning to love myself. I’m not stupid, I know what I’m doing, and if I’m happy, that’s all that matters.
“At the end of the day, no one knows what I know. It’s only been speculated by the press. I am very happy, and that’s all that matters. I’m so happy that I’m going back to Dubai for the weekend – I can’t wait.

“If there’s anything to update you on, I would always update you all. But I just want people not to worry. I’m not worried, so you don’t need to worry. I will do what I want to do, but I want everyone to know there’s nothing to worry about. I’m really happy.”
Fans shared their concern about her new marriage when it was reported that one of Andrews’ former partners received an “identical” marriage proposal from him just months before his proposal to Price.
It was just one of many claims that surrounded Andrews in recent months.
Speculation around Andrews has intensified after it was reported by The Daily Mail that he spent time in custody in a Dubai prison just months before proposing to Price for allegedly forging an ex-girlfriend’s signature.
Price and Andrews’ engagement came shortly after her split from former partner JJ Slater.
It comes after the reality star also shared a surprise joint statement with her other ex-husband, Peter Andrew, in recent weeks after their public fallout last year.
“Katie Price and Peter Andre have decided to close the door on the past and move forward into a new chapter with positivity and respect. We are both focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for our children,” they wrote in a post on Instagram.

The couple were married from 2005 to 2009 and share two children, Junior and Princess.
Katie was also previously married to Alex Reid and Kieran Hayler.
She was also previously engaged eight times, including to Warren Furman, Scott Sullivan, Leandro Penna, Kris Boyson and Carl Woods, though these relationships didn’t lead to marriage.
