Kesha has returned to the music scene after a years-long legal battle with her former producer.
The singer dropped new videos on her social media pages, showing a hazy video of her stripping down and walking into a lake as her voice sings, “I’ve been waiting for you, everything’s changed now.”
The website linked is titled “Keshaiswaitingforyou.com,” which leads to another picture of her naked back as well as an option to sign up and hear about new music.

Another slide on her Instagram story featured a shot of the video where her figure is lit up, with the caption “March 6, 2024. First day I’ve owned my own voice in 19 years.”
Kesha’s first smash hit was the 2009 song Tik Tok. She has been making music since she was a teenager.
Just last year, the pop star and her former producer Dr. Luke settled nearly a decade of suits and countersuits over her accusation that he drugged and raped her. He alleged she made it up and defamed him.
They announced a settlement in June 2023, with the singer saying that “only God knows what happened that night.”

Dr. Luke, meanwhile, said he was “absolutely certain that nothing happened. I never drugged or assaulted her.”

Terms of the deal were not immediately disclosed, as both she and he revealed on Instagram that they had agreed to “a resolution” of the case and to a statement from each of them. Messages seeking comment were sent to their attorneys.
The TiK ToK singer recently revealed that she would be releasing new music after she was photographed holding a cardboard sign reading, “New music coming soon!”
Kesha went five years without releasing an album during the standoff, saying she could not work with a “monster” but couldn’t get away from him because she was under contract with his label. His lawyers and the label’s attorneys maintained that she did not have to work with him personally.
She eventually returned with 2017’s Rainbow and two subsequent albums, all with other producers. Her most recent album, Gag Order, came out in May 2023.
