After the final Oscars were handed out, Hollywood’s biggest stars weren’t done serving looks — they simply moved a few miles over to the glitzy Vanity Fair Oscar Party. And this is where the fun began. The dress code loosened up, the fashion risks dialed way up, and celebrities traded classic awards-show elegance for bolder silhouettes, sparkling sequins and head-turning statements as they celebrated the end of awards season. From Kim Kardashian’s glimmering gold gown to Cara Delevingne’s daring illusion design, the afterparty red carpet proved that some of the night’s most memorable fashion moments are worth waiting for.

Kim Kardashian

Among the first of the Kardashian-Jenner squad to arrive at Vanity Fair’s Oscars party, Kim Kardashian paired a glittering gold Gucci gown with short tousled hair and a smoky eye.

Elle and Dakota Fanning

A sister-sister moment for these two stars! Elle and Dakota Fanning were in coordinating black looks, though Elle’s was custom Givenchy and Dakota’s by Zuhair Murad.

Cara Delevingne

Cara Delevingne made you look in an optical-illusion gown by Thom Browne. Though she was fully covered, the sheer bedazzled bodice made it appear that the model was rocking a painted bare chest.

These men certainly turned up the heat as they arrived side by side in sheer tops. Connor Storrie paired his sheer turtleneck from Saint Laurent with a fur stole. Hudson Williams’s high-neck Balenciaga blouse featured a bit of a train.

Call her mother! The famous momager went full glam with vintage Valentino couture, featuring bow-tie straps and gloves.

Rita Ora was impossible to miss in Tamara Ralph. The dress featured a sheer corset bodice with a silk asymmetrical skirt and lots of floral detailing. But the real star of the show was the furry hat.

The Best Actor winner accessorized with more than just his shiny new Oscar. Michael B Jordan swapped his all-black look for a brown suit decorated with brooches and a pair of tinted sunnies.

Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner

Timothée Chalamet swapped one white suit for another, wearing Chrome Hearts at the afterparty. This time, he opted for a pair of high-top sneakers and ditched the tie. Kylie Jenner, however, didn’t let the feather trend pass her by. She showed off a little hip in an asymmetrical McQueen design.

Hailey Bieber

Hailey Bieber took things up a notch in an animal-print Giorgio Armani dress.

Suki Waterhouse and Robert Pattinson

Suki Waterhouse delivered a standout look by Tamara Ralph, with an ornate chest plate, a translucent white cape and a silk-structured skirt. Robert Pattinson paired a classic black tuxedo by Dior with a brooch in place of a bow tie.
