Things appear to still be very heated between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann amid their very public split…
In the latest chapter in their divorce saga, TMZ reported The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum went to the Alpharetta Police Department earlier this month to file a report accusing the former NFL player of stealing some of her belongings to sell over the past year! In body camera footage obtained by the outlet on Tuesday, Kim told an officer she first realized Kroy took her “most expensive handbags” back in May 2023:
“I’ve asked for them back, and he won’t give them back.”

There was a reason why the athlete wouldn’t give them back. He allegedly SOLD it! Kim claimed “hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars” worth of personal items, including her jewelry, were locked into a safe in their master bedroom. While Kroy let a police officer who came to their house last year look in the box, she could not access it until last month. That is when the 45-year-old former reality star saw her expensive belongings were gone! Damn. Kim continued to tell the cop:
“My attorney said I need to file a police report because the stuff is stolen. The jeweler, some lady, sent me a picture on Instagram and said ‘I love your bracelets. I’m so thankful.’ I’m like what. And then I called my jeweler and Kory got $25,000 in cash for some of my pieces.”
But bad news for the Don’t Be Tardy star! While Kim believes the football player stole her belongings, the officer told her “no technical crime that’s being committed right now” since the couple are still married, and thus nothing the police can do. Basically, her only option is to battle it out in divorce court. Watch the bodycam footage (below):

It is no secret Kim and Kroy have been going through serious financial issues as they face several lawsuits over unpaid bills, possible foreclosure of their Georgia mansion, and more. Although the pair are in desperate need of some cash, his attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, denied the allegations made by Kim:
“It’s not true.”
