Kodak Black just lately slammed Jay-Z’s Made In America pageant in Philadelphia after organizers barred him from performing after he confirmed up late for his efficiency.
On Saturday night time (Sept. 3), Kodak Black jumped on his Instagram Tales and posted a video of himself blasting the organizers of 2022 Made In America pageant for blocking him from performing as a result of he confirmed up late. The South Florida rapper was scheduled to carry out at 6:45 p.m. on the Liberty Stage earlier that night.
“Aye, Made In America, man I don’t know what is going on on. This the primary present ever a nigga lil late too, and a nigga cannot carry out. No cash, none of that shit,” he mentioned. “Jay-Z, whoever operating this shit. Roc Nation, Reside Nation, regardless of the fuck. Y’all do higher. This the primary present a nigga a lil jiffy late to, and bitch what the fuck?”
Yak then posted an offended message to MIA organizers about his remedy on the pageant. He wrote (in all caps):
“MADE IN AMERICA SOME BULLSHIT[.] IF DA ARTIST PULL UP LATE THEY KEEPIN ALL YA MONEY EVEN THO THE PEOPLE PAID FOR THEY TICKETS[.] THEY DONT CARE BOUT FITTING THE ARTIST ON STAGE TO ACCOMODATE FANS!!! FIRST SHOW EVER THAT DONT SEND A NIGGA THE HALF FRONT END DEPOSIT!!! THATS WHY THEY DONT CARE TO MAKE THE SHOW GO ON!!! I PULLED UP THO [man shrugging his shoulder emoji].”
Kodak completed the letter with a profanity-laced dismissal: “FUCK EM & FUCK DAT TOUR TOO! MAC AGENCY [poop emoji] LIVENATION [poop emoji][.]”
In response, a rep for Made In America pageant instructed XXL that Kodak arrived eight minutes earlier than his set was speculated to be completed. The organizers have a curfew they have to abide by, so to be able to keep on curfew they needed to go on with the subsequent set. There was no manner Kodak might squeeze in his efficiency.
To their level, Philadelphia officers launched an announcement again in August concerning the scheduling for the Made In America pageant. In response to officers, performances are anticipated to run till midnight on Saturday (Sept. 3) and 11 p.m. on Sunday (Sept. 4). So there wasn’t a lot wiggle room for prolonged performances.
Though Kodak Black couldn’t carry out, the pageant’s Saturday headliner, Tyler, The Creator, did present up and rocked the gang.
