Just when you thought this lawsuit couldn’t get any more jaw-dropping, here comes another twist that has us seriously raising our eyebrows!
As we reported earlier on Tuesday, Kylie Jenner is facing some very serious allegations from her former housekeeper, Angelica Vasquez, who claims she endured discrimination, harassment, and downright awful treatment while working for the reality star. But now, newly surfaced details are turning up the heat in a major way — and they’re dragging Kylie’s BF Timothée Chalamet into the mix, too!

According to the explosive legal documents as reported by The US Sun later on Tuesday, Angelica alleges that her job didn’t just involve cleaning Kylie’s lavish Beverly Hills and Hidden Hills homes. Nope. She claims she was also sent to clean other properties — including her boss’ famous actor boyfriend’s mansion in El Lay — without proper reimbursement for the trouble.
Umm, excuse us?!
In the filing, Vasquez’s team states:
“During her employment, [Angelica] was directed by Defendants to travel to and perform work at locations other than her primary work site, including [Kylie’s] boyfriend’s residence on multiple occasions.”
Kylie’s boyfriend?? Multiple occasions?! That’s not exactly a one-off favor, if true.
Angelica also claims she had to cover her own transportation costs to get to those additional job sites and was never paid for that expense. Which, uh, yikes!!! That’s definitely a no-no that could very much be addressed in court — again, if it all checks out.
And that’s just one piece of a much bigger, very troubling puzzle. Angelica says she started working for Kylie in September of 2024, but ultimately felt forced to resign by August of last year due to what she describes as a toxic and hostile work environment. Among her claims are accusations of being mocked and belittled by fellow staffers over her Salvadorian heritage, her accent, her immigration status, and even her Catholic faith.
If that wasn’t enough, she also alleges serious wage violations, stating:
“Failure to pay all wages earned, late and missing pay for extended periods, failure to pay overtime, failure to provide meal and rest periods, and failure to reimburse business expenses.”
That’s a laundry list of labor issues that could spell major trouble… again, if proven in court.
Angelica also says the emotional toll has been severe, claiming:
“[Vasquez] suffered and will continue to suffer extreme humiliation, embarrassment, anxiety, mental anguish, and emotional distress.”
This all ties back to accusations in the lawsuit that we covered earlier on Tuesday, including claims that a supervisor once got physical during a confrontation in March of last year by allegedly throwing hangers at Angelica’s feet while reprimanding her. Ugh.

FWIW, Kylie has not publicly responded to any of these allegations yet. So, ya know. There are two sides to every story, and all that!
Still, at the end of the day, these are serious accusations involving labor practices, discrimination, and now potentially unpaid work at a high-profile actor’s home. If even part of this is true, it could have major consequences.
