Lil Durk has upped the ante on Ice Cube‘s BIG3 proposal to Caitlin Clark, promising to double the N.W.A legend’s already sizeable offer.
The Chicago MC took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday (April 1) to declare his desire to lure the Iowa Hawkeyes star to the three-on-three league.
In response to a post about Cube’s initial $5 million offer to Clark, Durk wrote: “I got 10 million come play with my 3.”
The “All My Life” hitmaker had earlier shared his thoughts on the player’s performance in Iowa’s 94-87 win over LSU to reach the Final Four of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament.
Caitlin, who recently became the NCAA’s all-time scoring leader, put up a typically dazzling display in which she posted 41 points, 12 assist and seven rebounds.
“Omg Clark,” Durk simply wrote.
Though Durk doesn’t currently operate a team in Ice Cube’s BIG3 league, his tweets certainly imply interest in becoming a coach.

Last month, Ice Cube looked to make sports history by recruiting Caitlin Clark to BIG3.
The news was initially reported by TMZ, with the outlet revealing that the “It Was A Good Day” rapper had offered the college star $5 million to play in his three-on-three basketball league, becoming the first woman to do so.
The lucrative deal would see Clark participate in eight regular season games and potentially two playoff games if her team advances to the postseason.
Clark would also receive “substantial additional compensation” from merchandising and sponsorships while also still being allowed to play in the WNBA.
The 22-year-old has already declared her eligibility for the 2024 WNBA Draft this month and is expected to join the Indiana Fever as the number one pick.
Shortly after the report emerged, Ice Cube confirmed the news on Instagram, describing the offer as an opportunity to “make history and break down even more barriers for women athletes.”

“We intended the offer to remain private while Caitlin Clark plays for the championship. But I won’t deny what’s now already out there: BIG3 made a historic offer to Caitlin Clark,” he began.
“Why wouldn’t we? Caitlin is a generational athlete who can achieve tremendous success in the BIG3. The skeptics laughed when we made Nancy Lieberman the first female coach of a men’s pro team, and she won the championship in her first year.
“Then Lisa Leslie won it all in year two. With our offer, Caitlin Clark can make history and break down even more barriers for women athletes.”
According to CNN, when speaking to the media before her team’s Sweet 16 matchup against Colorado a few days after Cube’s news, Clark expressed her own surprise regarding the announcement.
“To be honest, I found out about the BIG3 thing at the exact time you all did, and my main focus is on just playing basketball,” revealed Clark. “I honestly don’t talk about those things with really anybody. I have other people that deal with it, and they haven’t said a word to me about it.
“My main focus is on this team and helping us find a way to beat Colorado and hopefully win another one after that.”
Clark accomplished both of those tasks, and will face the UConn Huskies on April 5.
