Love Is Blind Divorce Turns NASTY! Alexa Hits Back At Brennon’s Filing – And Makes Her Own Claim Against HIM!

If Love Is Blind fans hoped for a peaceful divorce between Alexa and Brennon Lemieux, prepare for disappointment. It just got ugly.

This week, the fan-favorite couple shocked everyone when Alex announced they broke up after four years of marriage. She did not give a reason in her Instagram statement, but Brennon did. Us Weekly reported he filed for divorce on November 5, saying that they “ceased to live together as spouses on or about the date of filing of” the petition. He then claimed:

“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between [him] and [Alexa] that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation.”

So, all that is to say he is gunning for a no-fault divorce. Brennon further stated he believes they can reach a custody and child support agreement when it comes to their 1-year-old daughter, Vienna, but asked the court to set the schedule if they cannot work things out themselves. In addition, he asked to maintain all assets he had before the marriage.

With all that in mind, we were hopeful they could go through the divorce process amicably. Sadly, it doesn’t look like it is happening now. Alexa hit back at her estranged husband’s filing, and she made shocking claims against him.

According to Us Weekly, the 31-year-old reality star filed court documents on December 4 denying all allegations in Brennon’s petition. She asked the court to divide their estate, but Alex demanded a disproportionate share. The docs indicate she believes she is owed a bigger cut of their estate for four reasons: “fault in the breakup of the marriage,” need for future support, wasting of community assets by the spouse, and the need for attorney fees.

Whoa!

There are no further details on why Alexa considers Brennon at “fault” for their marriage ending, but a lot comes to mind when ANYONE pulls that out in their filing…  We sure hope it doesn’t mean something like infidelity!

She also didn’t get into the whole “wasting of community assets” part. But boy, does this raise a lot of questions about what happened in their relationship! Alexa also requested that her separate property be confirmed as her sole property. And it’s all because she makes way more than Brennon. A source for Us Weekly added:

“Alexa makes more money than Brennon and wants to retain her earnings.”

This is where a prenup would’ve come in handy. Just saying.
