As teased yesterday on social media, McFarlane Toys promised to unveil its line of products related to the highly-anticipated Superman movie today in honor of Superman. Sure enough, the McFarlane Toys Superman products were indeed revealed.
Though not all of the action figures revealed today are available now for pre-order, I have no fans will be chomping at the bit to add them to their collection. Case in point, Robot #4 (voiced by Alan Tudyk). Here’s hoping the other Superman Robots get their own figures. McFarlane Toys also revealed first looks at its Mister Terrific and Lex Luthor 7″ action figures. Hopefully it won’t be too long until some of the other characters, most especially Guy Gardner, get the 7″ action figure treatment.
Likewise, we also get our best glimpse of the kaiju monster featured in the first trailer. It appears to be an original creation by filmmaker James Gunn as opposed to an established comics character. Perhaps most exciting is our best look yet at Metamorpho played by Anthony Carrigan in the film. A behind-the-scenes video released earlier today also offered fans a look at the character as he appears in the film.
