New 10th Anniversary Trailer for ‘Train to Busan’ Korean Zombie Classic

The zombies are back! Well Go USA has revealed a brand new 10th Anniversary trailer for the movie Train to Busan, the Korean action zombie horror classic from 2016. This movie became a big hit and kicked off Korean filmmaker Yeon Sang-Ho’s career, leading him through many other genre movies and most recently the zombie remix Colony (also out this year). It’s awesome! So much viscous, propulsive, bloody fun! What begins as a simple birthday trip for a father and daughter turns into a high-octane fight for survival when a zombie outbreak ravages South Korea. Trapped on a speeding train, they must now navigate a landscape of terror to reach safety. Experience all the relentless action and heart-wrenching drama on the big screen like never before. Starring Gong Yoo, Jung Yu-mi, Ma Dong-seok and Ahn So-hee. This movie still has a 95% rating on RT and is beloved by horror fans all over the world. This re-release in theaters this August is dubbed the “10th Anniversary Remastered & Revived” version. Featuring a new 4K Remastered DCP, with intro & 10 min Q&A after with director Yeon Sang-Ho. Train to Busan is a harrowing zombie horror-thriller that follows a group of terrified passengers fighting their way through a countrywide viral outbreak while trapped on a suspicion-filled, blood-drenched bullet train ride to Busan, a southern resort city that has managed to hold off the zombie hordes… or so everyone hopes. Train to Busan is both written and directed by up-and-coming Korean filmmaker Yeon Sang-ho, making his live-action debut after a number of animated films previously including The King of Pigs, The Fake and Seoul Station. The film premiered at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival and also played at Fantasia & Sitges. It first opened in the US in July 2016. Well Go USA re-releases Train to Busan – 10th Anniversary Remastered & Revived in 4K in theaters nationwide starting on August 14th, 2026 this summer.
