Obi-Wan remains one of the more staple elements of the Star Wars franchise, and it helps that he’s been with the series since the very start. “Ben Kenobi” was one of the first major characters in the saga alongside Luke, Han, and Leia, and his presence lingered long after the release of A New Hope.
Not only did Alec Guinness’ version continue to appear throughout the original trilogy, but Ewan McGregor would take up the mantle for the prequels, as well as in multiple projects beyond the scope of the Clone Wars.
Now, it seems like he’s returned yet again. Thanks to a new listing from Sideshow, we know that Obi-Wan fans will want to mark their calendars for September 2026.
Hello There… General Kenobi
Shipping in August through September of this year, an Obi-Wan Kenobi sixth scale figure is set to arrive from Hot Toys.
The statue clocks in at $285 for the collector’s edition, and $420 for the artisan edition. The figure is 12″ high, and a light-up function is available via USB-C.

Star Wars will never end. It’ll keep producing projects set in the old, current, and future eras for basically all time. Some of those will involve Obi-Wan, and McGregor’s portrayal will remain a huge part of the franchise.
