@Faucet I think the difficulty of Yoshi games is often judged a bit carelessly. When people say, for example, that Yoshi’s Woolly World is easy, they usually mean that it is easy to reach the credits. And sure, that is probably true.
But that game is about much more than just clearing the stages. Collecting everything, finding all the secrets, unlocking the extra challenges and actually beating the harder content is a very different thing. That is where a lot of the real challenge is, and it is definitely not trivial.
So I think it is a bit unfair when people judge the difficulty of the whole game after only playing through the main stages. Yoshi games have often had a low barrier to entry, but a much higher ceiling if you actually try to do everything.
